My journey begins at a low frequency. As Dr. David Hawkins outlines in his Map of Consciousness, I lived in low density emotions of shame, depression and guilt for much of my youth. It’s what motivated me to become a School Psychologist later in life. I was an “internalizer,” not acting out, but living within a dark place of fear. I had PTSD before anyone talked about it. I had dysthymia, a type of chronic treatment resistant depression that didn’t respond to the tricyclics of the 1980s. As do many bullied and tormented teens that finally snap–I hit a wall. Instead of continuing to pretend, I got angry. I became the bully. I acted out in high-school classrooms. I raged at home and collected juvenile charges.
Somehow I made it successfully through high-school, leaning into my AP Classes and Computer Science while my party-crowd friends either dropped out or graduated ahead of me. I enrolled in the local university where I claimed a Psychology major. I narrowly escaped adult arrests, despite entering the world of harder drugs, like LSD. When the tension at home became too much, I moved out, left no forwarding address and spiraled into my new-found solution for depression…cocaine. This era is my 100 Frequency. It’s how I finally reached my bottom. The story has a miraculous ending, but I won’t give that away. Yes, I was Yearning for Freedom, but before I could find it, I found myself locked in an addiction.
I made a full life pivot after what I would call my First Awakening. I added a Social Work major to my studies and became a Substance Abuse Counselor, SUDC, where I applied the holistic solutions of the Wellness Diamond to recovery. While many areas of my life began to improve and I moved from a 200 to 300 Frequency, I had one large problem…I married my drug dealer.
The first couple of years after the divorce weren’t easy, between grad school, dire financial straits, and another failed relationship. It wasn’t therapy that got me through, but two simple solutions. One became the Love Solve Method, an emotional tool to move from the negative well to the positive well through a process of writing. The second, was The Gift of Gratitude. I finally found long-term relief for the chronic, treatment
resistant depression I continued to struggle with. And from there, things really got better.
Now, to clarify, “Sergio” was also the catalyst that led to my transformation. His nature was different than the hardened and heartless stereotype. He was an empath. And as an empath, he used substances to cope with a complex, emotionally overloaded life experience. Together we had two girls, and I found twelve-step programs to support my evolving, spiritual journey. I am still grateful for our decade together, enough so I dedicated my first book to him. Whereas I Was Blind, Now I See is a memoir as well as a self-help guide through painful relationships and taking full responsibility for what in our own nature both created our reality and can change it.
I got a Master’s Degree and a great job as a School Psychologist. I upleveled to a 400 Frequency in the Five Life Areas I speak of in Frequency School. It was during this time I was given the map that guided me to solutions like A Course in Miracles, and Emotional Freedom Technique. I met and married a man with no legal or drug history. One with financial success and moral compatibility. I switched careers and started my own private practice where I developed Zero Point Meridian technique and wrote 10 Ways to Balance Your Brain Chemistry. I developed an Integrative Mental Health model, where I would eventually train and certify others. It was during this era of my life that I discovered my final battle, the most insidious of all obstacles. My ego.
An Ego Structure may go by other names, such as Personality Disorder, Narcissism, or Borderline. But what isn’t taught or understood by even highly trained Psychologists, is how to solve it, to treat it. There are very few solutions, especially next to the list of diagnoses, which are addressed far less than typical mental health conditions, such as anxiety. I enrolled in Quantum University around the same time I purchased a Biofeedback machine for my practice and began using a collection of information-based remedies with my clients. These formulations resulted in miraculous shifts that were undeniable, such as overnight relief from chronic depression, freedom from obsession, reduction in physical conditions like fibromyalgia and transformations on the mind-body level. After years of success, I requested and received a private label from the founder which became Frequency Formulas. I incorporate these solutions in virtually all of my programs.
Before I could really reach a 500 Frequency, I required my own miraculous shifts for the stubborn ego structure, which came through three specific avenues. First, I pulled out my copy of A Course in Miracles following the encouragement of a client, her introducing me to the ACIM movie and learning the origin of the book. Second, I was led to develop Quantum Wholeness Meditation (QWM) for my thesis and later dissertation as a tool to reduce or even eliminate conflict in couples. And third, a formula was introduced that was designed to manage the ego. Its frequencies supported shifts in self-sabotage, victim mindset and pride. When I first started taking it, I was reading about the painbody in a book by Eckhart Tolle. For the first time, I realized I wasn’t my painbody, I was able to distinguish myself as the observer, the consciousness that was aware of the painbody, and could choose to be present in a state of peace instead.
I was deeply drawn to quantum things, which was the catalyst for my doctoral path. I studied Quantum Entrainment (QE) with Dr. Frank Kinslow. I also found deep solutions in Eastern practices, such as Buddhist meditation and Kundalini yoga. And I was an instant fan of the Power of Eight by Lynne McTaggart. But to reach a 600 Frequency, I give credit to what I continue to practice every week of my life, and have done so for almost a decade: group meditation with intention. It was Miracles and Meditation groups that accompanied me into the next chapter of my life. The one where I left something good for something unknown. The year 2022 was one of total faith for me. The memoir/anthology Being At Zero, describes what happened when I personally discovered the zero point field as absolute nothingness. I faced my greatest fear…that I would cease to exist. And I by the grace of a God that goes beyond my ego’s understanding…I am.
